Nestled in the heart of Yallingup, this bank repose property offered untapped potential to create a cozy, inviting wine retreat. The centerpiece of the home—a stately two-way fireplace—was key to defining the space, and we sought an economical yet impactful way to elevate it.

To enhance the fireplace’s presence, we chose a southwestern-style tile to wrap around, adding texture and warmth to the space. We complemented this feature by weaving in rich textured fabrics, leather, and rattan throughout the home, creating a harmonious balance of rustic charm and sophisticated comfort. The result is a welcoming retreat that feels both timeless and personal—perfect for enjoying the surrounding wine country.
